    It is a service that allows those who are in a VERY HURRY to pass to the customer who is already present in the chair and who is already carrying out the SERVICES he has BOOKED .

    HOW IT WORKS:

    You show up PHYSICALLY at the SALON, if the CLIENT agrees to give HER place to YOU , for the exact same SERVICE that we are already performing and you can perform ONLY 1 SERVICE, then you will have to pay €50 , of which €25 will go as a refund for the wait to the CLIENT and the other €25 will go to us for the SERVICE: SKIP THE QUEUE.

    EXAMPLE:

    We are performing a SERVICE such as the LUXURY FOLD for the CUSTOMER, which costs €35 , and you want to take their place, doing the same service, therefore €35 , plus the €50 for the QUEUE SKIP SERVICE, Total €85.

  • 6 - I WANT TO COME NOW (3 SERVICES)

    If you want to come on the day and at the time of the CUSTOMER who is physically in the SALON and who has booked for his BOOKED and ALREADY PAID SERVICES, then you will have to follow this PROCEDURE .

    1 - If you want to switch immediately you will have to tell us EXACTLY which Service(s) you want to do WITHOUT MAKING CHANGES . SO READ OUR 2024 PRICE LIST CAREFULLY

    2 - We will speak to the CUSTOMER who has already booked and paid for his SERVICES and we will tell him that there is ANOTHER CUSTOMER (i.e. YOU ) who wants to take his PLACE and will pay for ALL the booked SERVICES .

    3 - If the Customer DOES NOT ACCEPT this SERVICE , you will not be able to take his place and will continue with his BOOKED SERVICES .

    4 - If the Customer ACCEPTS here is what you have to PAY:

    1. YOU will pay US for their SERVICES and we will reimburse the Customer.
    2. You will have to pay for YOUR SERVICES (Obviously you can only do SERVICES OF THE SAME DURATION AS THE CUSTOMER WHO LEFT YOU THE PLACE ).
    3. Plus the Price of €40 for our SERVICE to be able to manage and create the place for you.
    • EXAMPLE

    IF a Customer has booked:

    SpeedyColor 65€

    +

    Luxury Cut €60

    +

    Luxury Fold €35

    The total is: €160.

    You will have to pay us the Customer's €160 , then we will refund him.

    You will have to pay for Your Services . (which must be the same as the CLIENT's, so in this case €160 ).

    You should pay for our SERVICE and it is 50€ .

    The TOTAL YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY US is €370 .

    Once your PAYMENT has been received, the CUSTOMER will give you HIS PLACE and you will be able to go straight away.
